Before contacting me for a defective item, please check that you have removed the protective layer that comes with all acrylics. They may sometimes be confused as defective products but the acrylic is actually protected by a thin film on both sides to prevent scratches during shipping. Once the protective layer is removed, the acrylic should have a clear, glossy finish.
